Mimi Roberson – Chair
COO, Well-Advised LLC
Mimi is COO of Well-Advised, LLC. After serving for 15 years as President and CEO of Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, she was CEO of Roberson Consulting Group. An active philanthropist and volunteer, she has served on a multitude of civic and philanthropic organizations including the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, Metro Denver Leadership Foundation, BBVA Compass Bank, Judi’s House, There With Care, Colorado Hospital Association, and Federation of American Hospitals, among others.
Mimi believes that Judi’s House is an organization that is vital to our community, as it provides evidence-based grief counseling to children and their families who have suffered traumatic loss.
Karim Sirgi, MD, MBA – Vice Chair
Owner, Sirgi Consulting LLC
Dr. Sirgi is a pathologist, certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Anatomic, Clinical and Cytopathology with additional subspecialty fellowship training in surgical pathology. Dr. Sirgi also holds an MBA and has 30 plus years of practice and leadership experience in private, academic and hospital-based pathology and laboratory practices, as well as state and national professional pathology and laboratory organizations.
Dr. Sirgi currently owns and manages healthcare consulting companies, including Sirgi Consulting LLC that offers expertise to medical groups in organizational leadership, physicians group dynamics and communication, succession planning, governance structure, physician wellness, physician engagement, strategic planning, and group retreat facilitation. Dr. Sirgi volunteers his professional expertise to serve as the medical director of The Colorado Center for Medical Laboratory Science, a medical technology school based in Denver. Dr. Sirgi also serves on the advisory, trustees and governance boards of established multi-million-dollar companies, start-up ventures, as well as community-based and national philanthropic and non-profit foundations.
David MacLeod – Immediate Past Chair
Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and CISO, Welltok, Inc.
David MacLeod is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Welltok, a Denver-based technology company that uses data-driven approaches to connect consumers to personalized health improvement resources and rewards to empower them to become their healthiest selves. David has over 35 years’ experience in designing, developing, implementing and supporting technology across a variety of industries. For the last quarter-century, he has been creatively applying technology to the business of Healthcare and Wellness. He is a Fellow of the Healthcare Information Management Systems Society and is a member of the Healthcare Information Sharing and Analysis Center, an organization jointly sponsored by the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Service and Homeland Security, charged with protecting the Healthcare and Public Health sectors of the nation’s critical infrastructure. He has worked for provider and payer organizations, bending the curve on the cost and quality of healthcare. He is also a published author. David is the current Chairman of the Board of 9Health. He is married to Kasia, who is the Community Engagement leader for Cigna in the Mountain States region. He has a 34-year old son, Andrew who supervises the maintenance crew for the President’s Own Helicopter Squadron. Andrew and his wife Meredith made David and Kasia grandparents this past May, with a beautiful baby girl, Aida.
Tracy Huggins – Treasurer
Executive Director, DURA – Denver Urban Renewal Agency
Tracy joined the Denver Urban Renewal Authority in October 1992 as controller and oversaw the agency’s financial involvement in a number of significant redevelopment efforts. In 2000, Tracy was named Executive Director. A certified public accountant, she came to DURA from Strait-Kushinsky, a Denver public accounting firm. Ms. Huggins is on the boards of directors of 9Health, Mountain States Employers Council, Gold Crown Foundation, Downtown Colorado, Inc, and the Colorado I Have a Dream Foundation, and is a 2001 graduate of the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government.
Lindy Hinman – Secretary
Market President, Colorado – Medicare
Lindy Hinman leads the Health Plans and Providers Practice. In this role, she focuses on bringing the expertise of Avalere to national and regional health plans across all lines of business and providers including integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, post-acute providers and long-term care organizations.
She specializes in providing strategic and analytic insight on issues related to commercial health plan operations, Medicare, Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act and payment and delivery reform.
Prior to joining Avalere, Lindy played a key leadership role as chief operating officer for Connect for Health Colorado, establishing the nonprofit organization as a successful state-based health insurance marketplace. Prior to that, she was the director of, Office of Healthcare Reform at Horizon BlueCross of New Jersey, leading the HealthCare Reform Transformation team. Lindy has also served as vice president of America’s Health Insurance Plans, helping develop key policy positions for the industry-leading up to the passage of health reform legislation. Early in her career, she served in the White House Office of Management and Budget.
Lindy holds an MA in health services administration from the University of Michigan and a BA in history and biology from Washington University in St. Louis.
Mark Olson, MD
Dr. Mark Olson is a family medicine doctor in Limon, Colorado and is affiliated with Lincoln Community Hospital and Nursing Home. He received his medical degree from University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 30 years. Dr. Olson accepts several types of health insurance, listed below. He is one of 2 doctors at Lincoln Community Hospital and Nursing Home who specialize in Family Medicine.
Andrea “Andi” Pusavat, Ph.D.
Clinical Associate Professor & Training Clinic Director, University of Denver Counseling Psychology
Dr. Pusavat received her PhD from the University of Denver. She was formerly with the Iliff Counseling Center where she served as the Director for six years. Other career highlights include President of the Colorado Society of Psychologists in Private Practice for two years; founding member of the Colorado Psychological Association Society for the Advancement of Multiculturalism and Diversity; presenter at the American Psychological Association and National Summit on Interpersonal Violence and Abuse Across the Lifespan; and 9Health Board Member. Dr. Pusavat’s research interests include multicultural counseling, social justice, trauma, interpersonal partner violence, and training and supervision.
Kevin Riddleberger, MBA, MS, PA-C
Co-founder, Chief Strategy Officer, DispatchHealth
With nearly 20 years of clinical and management experience in the healthcare industry, Kevin Riddleberger has a tremendous passion for redefining healthcare delivery through technology, process, and quality improvement. Prior to his current role as co-founder and chief strategy officer at DispatchHealth, he was the head of clinical solutions and strategy at iTriage, an industry-leading consumer mobile health app company. Kevin has been a board-certified physician assistant for 15 years and has served time as a clinical preceptor for area physician assistant students, a member of hospital quality improvement committees, and president of the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants.
In addition to his work at DispatchHealth, Kevin is an active advisor in Colorado’s local healthcare start-up community, providing both business and clinical expertise. He also serves on the board of trustees at 9Health Fair and Project Angel Heart.
Kevin received an MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration from the University of Colorado at Denver, a master of science degree from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, IL and his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
Martha Rubi has over 20 years working in community outreach with superior communication and networking skills, building positive relations that result in mutual growth. Ms. Rubi is the founder of Paginas Amarillas de Colorado (PAC), a resource guide and yellow page directory targeting the Front Range Hispanic market. PAC was sold in 2004 to Chicago-based Hispanic Yellow Pages of America (HYPA). After the sale of her business, Ms. Rubi worked as the executive director of the Circle of Latina Leadership. She consulted for Denver Public Schools – Family and Community Engagement department for a couple of years and has been working for Mile High United Way as a project manager for United Neighborhoods since 2016.
Ms. Rubi has served on the Board of the Kempe Foundation, Latino Community Foundation of Colorado, Colorado Succeeds, and the Denver chapter of Catholic Charities USA. Martha was appointed to the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of the Colorado Supreme Court Attorney Regulation Counsel. She has served on the Board of Mi Casa Resource Center For Women, Museo de las Americas, and the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s. In 2003, Ms. Rubi was elected as one of only three Colorado representatives to serve on the Advisory Board to the Institute of Mexicans Abroad (IME), a committee created by Mexican President Vicente Fox as a means of strengthening the lives of the Mexican people living in the United States and Canada.
Originally from Cuernavaca, Mexico, Martha moved to Denver in 1990 after being awarded a four-year college scholarship to attend Metro State University. She graduated with honors in 1994 with a B.A. in Marketing. She and her husband Mike have two children, Brianna and Ryan.
Executive Director, YMCA of Northern Colorado
Executive Director for the YMCA of Metro Denver, Jen began her YMCA career in 2004 and brings 15 years of successful non-profit leadership, strategic planning, fundraising and management to the organization. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts & Communication Studies from Colorado State University. She serves as the chair for the Colorado YMCA Membership Collaboration and YPN Executive Leadership Peer Community. A proud Colorado native, she, her husband and two Labradors live in Thornton, CO.
Maria de Jesus Diaz-Perez
Director of Public Reporting, Center For Improving Value In Healthcare
As Director of Public Reporting, Maria is responsible for advancing CIVHC’s capabilities in reporting health care quality measures to health care providers, consumers, and other stakeholders. Maria has experience in data reporting and analysis from Electronic Health Records for a Federally Qualified Health Center System, producing measures to inform operations, clinical quality outcomes, performance improvement, program implementation, and evaluation. Maria has a doctoral degree in Health and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Colorado and a Master in Social Psychology from the National Autonomous University in Mexico City.
Margaret A. Eagan, MD
Dr. Eagan is a board-certified Endocrinologist and Diplomate in Lifestyle Medicine. She joins the 9Health Board with enthusiasm and passion to support and grow the mission of providing preventive care to underserved populations in Colorado. Dr. Eagan specializes in evidenced-based hormonal health treatments and lifestyle medicine services including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress reduction, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. She currently works with Virta Health in reversing Type 2 diabetes through lifestyle behaviors. For 5 years she was the associate medical director at the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center. Dr. Eagan is the founder of the Canterbury Wellness Center in Denver, a practice that focused on delivering integrative healthcare combining Western medical practices with Eastern philosophy. She received her medical degree from Georgetown University and did her endocrine fellowship at the University of Colorado.

The Medical Advisory Committee (MAC), exclusive to the 9Health Fair, is comprised of Colorado’s top healthcare providers and allied healthcare professionals. These notable and experienced individuals provide high-quality and evidence-based health screenings to our Greater Colorado community. The implementation of MAC contributed to 9Health Fair’s endorsements from the Colorado Medical Society, the Colorado Nurses Association and the Colorado Health and Hospital Association.
